Truck Wash Booking Policy
Washworks offers high-quality truck washing services with an online-only booking system.
This policy outlines the rules for scheduling, managing, and attending appointments.
1. Booking Process
We encourage and ask that all bookings (appointments) must be booked through our website. We do, however, accept phone calls or walk-ins.
Required Information: Provide your vehicle's registration, desired service, and preferred time when booking. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling: You can reschedule via our online system up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours prior. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 10% of the service cost.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 10% will apply.
3. Late Arrivals
- Late Policy: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and a fee may apply if more than 15 minutes late.
4. Service Availability
Operating Hours: We operate Monday to Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled or canceled, and we will notify you accordingly.
5 Service Conditions
- Vehicle Requirements: Trucks must be safe and free of hazardous materials. Special requests and add-ons must be selected at booking, with additional charges applied.
- Package Holders: Sessions must be scheduled online, following the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.
6. Payment Terms
When booking, you can either;
a) Pay online
b) Pay In Person
c) Pay on Account
Refunds: Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or if Washworks cancels the appointment.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- Vehicle Inspection: Customers must inspect the vehicle after the wash. Washworks is not responsible for issues reported after the vehicle leaves.
- Damage to Vehicle: Washworks is not liable for pre-existing damage or items left inside the vehicle.
8. Customer Obligations
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate details when booking. Washworks reserves the right to refuse service if inaccurate information is given.
- Personal Items: Remove all personal belongings before the wash. Washworks is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
