
TRUCKWASH BOOKING POLICY
Washworks offers high-quality truck washing services with an online-only booking system.
This policy outlines the rules for scheduling, managing, and attending appointments.

1. Booking Process
- We encourage and ask that bookings (appointments) are booked through our website as our phone IS NOT manned 24/7.
- Required Information: Provide your vehicle's registration, desired service, and preferred time when booking. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- Walk-ins, call prior to see if slot is available or try your luck!
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule via our online system up to 24 hours before the appointment or via sms/call, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours prior. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 50% will apply.
3. Late Arrivals
- Late Policy: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and a fee may apply if more than 15 minutes late.
4. Service Availability
- Operating Hours: We operate Monday to Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
Although special arrangements can be made for Sunday bookings prior (fleet trucks etc)
Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled or canceled, and we will notify you accordingly.
5. Service Conditions
- Vehicle Requirements: Trucks must be safe and free of hazardous materials. Special requests and add-ons must be selected at booking, with additional charges applied.
- Package Holders: Sessions must be scheduled online, following the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.
-Extra dirt charges may apply & pricing is done by management on the day.
6. Payment Terms
When booking, you can either;
- Pay online
- Pay on Account
- Pay 50% online rest in person
Refunds: Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or if Washworks cancels the appointment.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- Ensure all curtains, tarps, buckles, ariels, signage and control leads etc are tight & secure before entering the wash as no damage regarding these will be our responsibility or liability and you will be responsible for any damage to our machinery.
- Vehicle Inspection: Customers must inspect the vehicle after the wash. Washworks is not responsible for issues reported after the vehicle leaves.
- Damage to Vehicle: WashWorks is not liable for pre-existing damage or items left inside the vehicle.
8. Customer Obligations
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate details when booking. Washworks reserves the right to refuse service if inaccurate information is given.
- Personal Items: Remove all personal belongings before the wash. Washworks is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
